Her executive-level experience spans jurisdictions in Sub-Saharan, East, and West Africa. She has a wealth of experience in, energy, engineering, and construction projects. This also includes, compliance reviews, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, distribution arrangements, foreign direct investments, shareholder agreements, integrated risk management, health, safety, just to mention a few of her areas of expertise.

Desiree has also served as a Board Member and Chairperson of Committees.
